A beautiful relation, even though don't accept each other's terms most of the times. 

Why this relation has such type of problems? 

We live in this world of duality [Duality is essentially a separation, it is the opposite of reality and cause of all suffering. It is the product of the mind]. In duality we essentially split or divide life into "right/wrong", "good/bad", "pretty/ugly" etc., As a result our lives become centred around judgement, condemnation, fear etc., We want to experience some qualities of duality through this relation. As per the life design, Wife and husband share these qualities of duality. For example

• One remembers everything, other one is good at forgetfulness 
• One is punctual, other one is not punctual
• One is disciplined, other one is not disciplined
• One is out spoken, other one is diplomatic
• One is bold, other one is timid

The list goes on endlessly. We observe these dual qualities sharing among wife and husband. Wife and husband doesn't understand this concept of sharing qualities, gaining experience of duality and keeps blaming each other. They go to extreme levels of separation. 

What should be the action plan?

It is very simple. Step into others shoes and experience it [It is applicable to all sorts of relations]. 

Understand that both of you have chosen each other in this life time. Both of you have planned to share the duality qualities. It is you, who wants to experience the other quality through your life partner. As you achieve this clarity, you will start accepting them as it is, you will enjoy those qualities also. 

Open up your heart, after all he/she is your loved one. You will come out of duality and you enter ONENESS. 

On the eve of women's day, I dedicate this post to my loving husband  for moulding me.

Diwali is a festival of lights, not the festival of sound and pollution.

An unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain or harm is fear. 

Humans fear about 'n' number of things. 

Fear of society plays a major role in human life. Don't think about what society says, if I do this or that. 

You can not satisfy every one in the society with your behavior. One thing you should understand, you are living for yourself. What ever you feel is truth, What ever your intuition [to develop intuition, you have to do meditation] says, follow that. Face the consequences of that situation boldly. If you fail, then learn from that experience. Failures are the stepping stones of success. 

Follow simple steps like what is going on in your mind during the eruption of fear. Ask for inner guidance. Understand the situation from a neutral point. Admit your mistakes. Take necessary action to rectify it. 

Follow this exercise as long as you feel.

As your Spirituality increases, your Fearlessness increases.

ADDICTION

Attachment to a particular substance or activity 

Many types of addictions are observed among humans. Drugs, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, video games, internet, shopping...... list goes on. These type of addictions damage a person or else his/her family.

There are certain addictions, which you cannot identify or accept easily them as addictions. Emotional addiction is one among them. It may be addiction related to anger, frustration or better emotional addictions like bliss, optimism etc., 

When you are addicted to certain things, you believe that you cannot have well being with out it. First, you have to come out of these beliefs. 

To do so, you have to detach yourself with that emotion. Identify that you are not those feelings. They are experiences that enter and leave your awareness, but they are not you. Second, when you become aware during the moment of anger or frustration [identify it as emotional addiction] and react in a different way than the past, you will manifest changes in the neural network of your brain.

 It gives different results regarding thoughts, body response, feelings. It not only creates life of your preference but also healthy body which is tuned with your better emotions.
